Terms and Conditions – Digitalitworks Office Equipment Sales and Services

At Digitalitworks, we are committed to providing high-quality office equipment and services. By engaging with our products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all sales, rentals, leasing, maintenance, and repair services related to printers, shredders, fax machines, copiers, and multifunction office equipment.

Sales and Pricing:
All equipment pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Prices are valid at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes where required. Quoted estimates are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to match or beat qualified written estimates from other suppliers, subject to verification and our discretion.

Payments and Billing:
Full payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon through an approved financing or leasing plan. Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or company check. For leasing or rental contracts, billing is processed monthly, and late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Returns and Warranties:
New office equipment includes a 90-day manufacturer warranty. Certified pre-owned equipment carries a 30-day limited warranty. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused and unopened equipment only, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds or exchanges require proof of purchase and original packaging.

Service and Repairs:
We offer on-site and in-store service for most major brands. All repair work is performed by qualified technicians and covered by a 30-day service warranty on labor and installed parts. Service availability is based on location and scheduling. Equipment left unclaimed after 60 days from repair completion may be subject to disposal or additional storage fees.

Leasing and Rentals:
All leasing and rental agreements are subject to credit approval and may include specific usage limits and return conditions. Equipment must be returned in good working condition at the end of the term. Damage, excessive wear, or missing parts may result in additional charges.

Liability Disclaimer:
Digitalitworks is not responsible for any data loss, operational downtime, or indirect damages resulting from equipment failure or service delays. Customers are encouraged to back up all important data before service.

Modifications:
Digitalitworks reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the most current version of these terms before purchasing or engaging services.
